On the occasion of the Salone del Gusto 2018, Lavazza, official partner of the international event, hosts, debates, workshops and an exhibition dedicated to the gourmet passionate Bob Noto, inside its brand new headquarter. The exhibition itinerary inside the spaces of the Centrale of the Nuvola Lavazza offers an insight into the gastronomic trends of the last twenty years and the most important protagonists of contemporary western cuisine, telling the story of the construction of a new photographic model of food. From Ferran Adrìa to Carlo Cracco, from Alice Waters to Carlo Petrini: in the five days of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, Beyond The Line coordinates for Lavazza a rich program of meetings, and debates on the evolution of taste and designs the whole exhibition.
