During the Biennale of 2017, Ruinart opened the doors of the splendid and exclusive Redentore terrace of the Gritti Palace to the public: only for three days and evenings, menus were created ad hoc by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Daniele Turco, and served in combination with the Ruinart cuvées.
BTL transformed the terrace into an art gallery, exhibiting works by artists who collaborated with the Maison de Champagne.
