On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile, Beyond The Line was commissioned by the Moët Hennessy to create the Maison of Madame Clicquot.

A space to feel the Clicquot lively atmosphere, to present the new product packs and tell the story of the brand.

Madame Clicquot’s letters crossed mountains and oceans to provide her Champagne to yet unknown lands until she even reached China, on the imperial tables, after the fall of the Shogun in 1868.

The historic maison took a journey through time and for the Salone del Mobile turns into virtual and non-virtual “bureaux de poste”.

The centuries-old tradition of this «sparkling wine» was renewed thanks to the contribution of the designer Ferruccio Laviani who re-proposed the epistolary spirit of Madame by redesigning her “correspondence desk».
